Assistant Branch Manager - Vernon Branch

Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 year’s experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or 3 year’s experience as a bank customer service representative, with effective supervisory experience. A strong understanding of teller responsibilities with verifiable experiences as a teller or teller manager/supervisor. Candidate must be able to effectively manage the branch in the absence of the branch manager and possess strong customer service and sales skills with an ability to cross sell products and services. Computer skills necessary to run reports, timekeeping responsibilities, on-line training requirements and daily assistance of customers and branch staff.

Commercial Lender - Passaic and Bergen Counties

This position is responsible for generating a loan portfolio (approximately $10m per year) that primarily includes commercial and industrial (C & I) loans, commercial mortgages, and commercial construction loans as well. This position’s primary focus is to be responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of all types of commercial loans including, C & I, equipment, mortgages and business loans in compliance with the Bank's lending policies and procedures; developing business checking and deposit relationships with customers; and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
