Loan Amount $10,000 to $250,000

APR - Annual Percentage Rate - variable rate that adjusts according to the Prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal. Rate is based on 1.00% below Prime rate for the life of the loan with a 5% APR floor and a maximum APR of 16%.

Two payment plans are available: Interest only and Principal + interest are offered. A $50.00 minimum periodic payment applies.

Interest rate Discount - Discounted rate shown is based on automatic debit from Highlands State Bank checking account.

Closing Costs - Highlands State Bank covers all of the closing costs so there are none to the consumer*.
