Rate shown is based on an automatic debit from a Highlands State Bank® checking account. If you choose not to have an automatic debit from your Highlands State Bank ® checking account, your rate will be based on 1% below prime with a floor of 4.00% for the life of the loan.

2 payment plans are available: Interest only and Principal + interest.
